Shawn Feurer hit bottom with a successful business in his hands

Two decades in the building trades, and the thing that finally broke was not the business. Shawn Feurer had to remodel his own mind before anything else held. Kait Feurer walks it with him, and together they turned that rebuild into something you can follow step by step instead of hoping to stumble into it.

From job sites to inner work

Shawn spent nearly twenty years helping run his family's home improvement business. He knows what it is to carry payroll, weather, and worry at the same time.

Then came the season that broke the old blueprint: business struggles, a divorce, his mother's early onset Alzheimer's, and a stretch living in his sister's basement while he started over. What he found there became the foundation of everything he now teaches: the outer results were following an inner plan, and the plan could be redrawn.

He rebuilt deliberately. New paradigms, new standards, new results. The method he used became the one he coaches.

How Shawn Feurer learned the craft

Before creating his own program, Shawn spent years coaching business owners across North America, first as a lead sales trainer and head business coach for a national contractor network.

His turning point came through the work of the late Bob Proctor, one of the most influential figures in personal development. Shawn studied under Proctor, taught within his organization, and stayed close to that work until Proctor's passing. He later collaborated with Jack Canfield before building a complete system of his own.

The Inner Blueprint carries that lineage, sharpened by the world Shawn knows best: real businesses, real crews, real stakes.

Kait Feurer, coach and co-leader

Kait is not a name on a masthead. She coaches clients through the program alongside Shawn and leads the community that holds the work together.

Clients consistently credit them as a pair, because the program is delivered by both: two coaches with different strengths and one shared method. Kait also co-appears on the Inner Blueprint Podcast, where the two of them work through the same principles they teach.

The origin, not the product

Shawn and Kait created The Inner Blueprint, and the method now stands on its own.

The program is delivered by a growing network of licensed coaches, each trained in the same protected methodology. That is deliberate: your transformation should depend on the system, not on access to one person's calendar.

The creators set the standard. The blueprint carries it forward.

The method is the message. Try it.
